3288 Pierce St. Suite #M108 Richmond, CA 94804 (Inside Pacific East Mall, on the 2nd Floor) (510) 527-STAR (7827)
Our dispensing facility is located on the second floor of the Pacific East Mall, right above the elevator. In addition to the Mall’s main parking lot, we have short-term (10 minute) reserved parking for patients located on the north side of the parking lot. These spaces are marked by a sign and monitored by security.
Upon arrival, a friendly member of our safety staff will greet you and ask to see a doctor’s recommendation and valid CA Identification Card or Driver’s License.
At the reception desk, membership status is verified. If you are a new patient, you will be signed in. Member patients will then access the dispensary in order of arrival. A comfortable waiting area exists should there be patients ahead of you.
Do not hesitate to ask questions. We are here to help. If we do not know the answer to a question, we will do our best to point you in the right direction. It is important that you are comfortable and confident in your use of cannabis. No question or concern is too big or small. Our staff is highly educated on cannabis medicines and alternative wellness therapies.
The well-lit and modern dispensary provides a great selection of high quality medicines. We will help find the most effective medicine for your needs. If you are looking for a particular type of cannabis medicine, please let us know.
THE SERVICES – EDUCATION - EVENTS CENTER
Located at 3223 Pierce Street (across the street from the Pacific East Mall) is a small stand-alone building housing our wellness services, classes, and events. This is where we hold special events, such as book signings and patient gatherings. It is also where we hold classes on using medicine, growing medicine, and on nutrition and safety among other topics.
