Every two weeks, come enjoy a 15 min meet and greet, be prepared for 1 hour of gentle yoga, and 15 min relaxation. Kay your instructor has been practicing since 1998 and teaching since 2015.

Each yoga session is sponsored by a different cannabis brand, this week it is Wyld, Puff, & kiwik. Each brand will help us put a goodie bag for you to take home.

This is a donation class but a donation is not required to attend.

Bring a mat, sunscreen, and comfy clothes. We will be outside. There are a limited number of mats available for those who don’t have one.

TIME: 10AM - 11:30AM

Samples will be given out after the event.
