Our current hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. every day of the week including holidays.

We are currently located at 3219 Pierce Street, Richmond CA 94804, across the street from the Pacific East Mall.

Is there parking available?
We have parking in a protected lot available on site with additional parking across the street in the first row of the Pacific East Mall lot, and plenty of street parking.
Do the prices on your website include tax?
Yes.
How are taxes calculated?
These are the taxes applied to products. The prices you see already include tax. The taxes are applied by the state of California and the local city government.
Excise Tax 15%

What do I need to bring to the dispensary?
You’ll need a valid government issued form of identification such as a drivers license or a passport to enter the facility.
What age do I have to be to enter the dispensary?
You must be 21 years of age or older to enter. There is one exception to this rule. You are allowed to enter and purchase, If you are between 18 and 20 years of age and have a Medical Cannabis Patient Identification Card issued by the California Department of Health Services, and have the appropriate, minor cannabis use documentation.
what strain makes you sleepy?
While everyone’s cannabis journey is different. Indica is typically a relaxing full body high. Many people find that Indica strains are relaxing and make them sleepy.
What is the daily limit that I can purchase?
Adult recreational patients may purchase up to one ounce (28.5 grams) of flower or eight grams of concentrates or six clones per day. Medicinal patients may purchase up to eight ounces of flower or eight grams of concentrates or 12 clones per day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are currently a cash only facility. There is an ATM on-site. There is a $3.00 transaction fee for using the ATM.
Does 7 Stars deliver?
We do not offer delivery of our products at the moment, but we have curbside pickup available.
May I use cannabis on-site at 7 Stars?
The City of Richmond has not legalized on-site consumption of cannabis.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We are unable to process refunds. This policy is due to regulations set by the Department of Cannabis Control. If you feel that you have a defective product, please bring it to a manager for inspection. If they find the product to be defective they will exchange it for a functioning product. Please hold onto your receipts.
Due to the ongoing pandemic we are not accepting exchanges at this time.
Does 7 Stars offer discounts for Medical Patients?
No, but patients who have a state issued medical cannabis ID Card are exempt from the state tax on medical cannabis and cannabis products.
Does 7 Stars offer discounts for Seniors or Veterans?
Yes! All seniors and veterans with proper documentation will receive 10% of their purchase. (Discounts can not be combined.)
Can I take my purchase home if I live in another state or country?
Do not take cannabis products across state lines. While cannabis has been legalized in several states, it’s still illegal under federal law. As a result, transporting cannabis across state lines could result in federal criminal prosecution.
How many plants can I legally grow?
California law states that you may have six plants in your possession regardless of their stage in the growing process. Many other states allow adults (21 years and older) to have additional plants that are not already flowering, California is not one of them.
When can I place my online order?
Online orders can be placed between 10:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you have problems ordering online you can call (510)527-7827 and press option five to speak to a representative that can assist you. Online orders should be placed at least 30 minutes prior to arrival to minimize your wait time.
Please remember online orders are for same-day pick-up only.

CBD is short for cannabidiol. CBD is a non-psychoactive compound found in cannabis and hemp. 7 Stars does not carry hemp derived products. CBD is used to treat anxiety, chronic pain (especially pain caused from inflammation), insomnia, epilepsy, and arthritis.
CBG
CBG is short for cannabigerol. CBG is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid. It is used to treat glaucoma, IBD, Huntington’s disease, and is used in cancer trials.
CBN
CBN is short for cannabinol. CBN is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid. It is used to treat ALS, appetite stimulation, glaucoma, and arthritis. CBN studies have shown that it helps individuals stay asleep. When used in conjunction with THC it’s been known to help those suffering from insomnia.
THC
THC is short for tetrahydrocannabinol. THC is the psychoactive chemical compound in cannabis responsible for the “high” feeling. THC is used to treat PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, nausea, migraines, Crohn’s disease, Fibromyalgia, Alzheimer’s disease, inflammation, and arthritis.
THCA
THCA is short for tetrahydrocannabinolic acid. THCA is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid. It is currently being used to treat: arthritis, lupus, ALS, prostate cancer, nausea and appetite loss, insomnia, muscle spasms, and pain.
THCV
THCV is short for tetrahydrocannabivarin. THCV is a psychoactive chemical compound in cannabis. It is used to treat diabetes, anxiety attacks, PTSD, appetite loss, anorexia, and Alzheimer’s disease. Look to the African sativas for THCV heavy strains such as Durban Poison.
